Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization number.
Secure the Fragrance
Carefully pack the perfume in its original designer box and use protective cushioning to prevent breakage during transit.
Ship to the Reserve
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
